Bullying/Cyberbullying in Secondary Education: A Comparison Between Secondary Schools in Rural and Urban Contexts

Abstract The aim of the study us to analyze difference bullying (traditional and cyberbullying) in rural urban contexts. A total 1094 junior senior high school students (62.5% from areas, 37.6% areas) region Castile-La Mancha (Spain) took part herein. results showed a similar proportion intervention all roles polybullying context schools. However, victimization physical perpetration is more frequent schools areas. In schools, aggression normally aimed at schoolmates. Regression link between role. Victims settings expressed greater distress than victims These indicate that size population where are located may be relevant factor for intervention, as well need individual, group community level collaboration social services.
